What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, company, email, phone, service of interest and message. We also log the IP address and date of submission to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this data only to answer your inquiry, prepare proposals and keep in touch about your request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Email verification

To confirm the email address is yours, we send you a one-time code. The code expires after 10 minutes and is not stored once used.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as there is a business relationship or until you ask us to delete them.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to provetec@provetec.com.py.
